Hello, Gary Carpenter from Carp's Cycles
here.
Perhaps you would post my 1970 BSA FireBird Scrambler picture. I just recently
acquired this bike from Robert Smith, the motorcycle magazine article writer. A
three week thrash to it's present condition; the BSA came to me with a spare
'Lighting' gas tank and has a 1972 'L' engine installed. The original 1970 'F'
engine case(s) also came with the bike, from Robert. The 'F' engine has a 1 inch
hole in the inner primary, from a broken chain. I will rebuild this 'F' motor
over the summer. I have had the larger spare tank painted to match the 1970
color scheme and will use it for long distance club "BMOC' runs. (British
Motorcycle Owners Club of B.C.) Many thanks to British Cycle Supply staff.
